These are my favorites!

I was happy to find out these are still available when I needed to replace them. Thanks to the helpful customer service they let me know the Bloom style are now the Chatham style.

Not what I expected.

I thought these were higher quality than they are but honestly look and feel no different than a $12 pair I could’ve purchased from a retail store. Also thought I was getting the tortoise pair pictured on the woman but these look nothing like those. Guess I’ll resort back to my Ray Bans.

Kristi, bummer to hear that. Ours are definitely better than what you can get from a retail store but we're happy to field a return. The discrepancy between the model and your shades is how they look on you. If you put them on and walk outside, the clear frame will turn into a darker tortoise shell with the light highlighting your skin. Not sure if that helps but that's why that happened.
