I love the look of the product but when I put them on they are very crooked. They also sit crooked when on a counter so it isn’t just my face. If there is a way to fix this please let me know! :)
The customer service on my warranty order was great, but unfortunately the glasses I received were not what I had requested. Will hopefully get this rectified. Thanks!
The frames are very weak plastic and don't have as much strength to them as I would have hoped for this price point. This is the second pair I've purchased, the first pair broke while lightly cleaning the lens. I had hoped in the two years it took me to reorder, that the frames would have been upgraded with better plastic. The lenses are very clear and seem nice so far though.
Something changed. My old pair fit perfectly. My new pair is so wide. If I look down, they fall right off my head. They’re an inch wider than my previous pair in the same color. Really unfortunate that they’re making them like this now. I am returning these in exchange for a new pair. I’m really hoping this was just a bad pair. But idk. Customer service was rude and said “they look the same”. Do they look the same size to you?
