Lens technology
Every Nectar lens is polarized: a filter inside the lens blocks the horizontal glare that bounces off water, sand, snow and pavement, so colors read truer and your eyes stop squinting. All lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB.
Frame, fit and face shape
Measurements are lens width, bridge and temple length in millimeters. If you are between sizes, go by the lens width: it changes how the frame sits on your face more than anything else.

I think they are great glasses but they do not fit my face.They don't sit on my nose and are always sliding down and they come down over my cheek bones. It's not the glasses at all. The just don't fit my face. Thanks

Excellent fit! Overall, I love these sunglasses. The only negative is the case. It arrived already coming apart - the glue holding everything together had released. I had to glue it back.

Looks great but are quite tight. Would love to see these in a wider frame or with spring hinges on the arms to accommodate larger heads, especially considering their relatively high price compared to other models on the website.

I purchased the Hawksbill during the Black Friday deal Nectar had. I was able to get these at a great discount. I've been a fan of Nectar for awhile and have purchased multiple pairs of their flagship sunglasses. I happy with quality of these sunglasses. The frame is beautiful as well. I also purchased the Chucktown sunglasses. Compared to those, the lenses on the Hawksbill are smaller, but not by much. It took me a couple times wearing them to get use to that. I am happy with my purchase.
These are great fishing glasses, light weight, polarized and look great. I'm really impressed with the company though they sent me a second pair and they have an amazing warranty. I have spend five times as much on glasses only to scratch the lenses and have them say we can't help you. Thanks for the awesome product and customer service!

Bang for buck best glasses I have owned so far!
Purchased these as a present. They loved them! Nectar always has great lens, in par or better than all the popular name brands. My favorite glasses used to be Maui Jim because of the lens. After discovering Nectar I'll never buy another pair of Maui Jim's. You can't beat their quality combined with their guarantees. Not too mention the ethics. It's all a win win.
I love the color and size is these shades. However one of the arms has a slight bend in it which causes them to sit on my face crookedly. Not worth the hassle of sending them back but disappointed that they aren’t symmetrical. Would love to have a pair without the bent arm.

This sunglasses kick-a$$ I have many different styles and pears I always find myself going back in these ones
The glasses feel very sturdy, not cheap like some other brands. The matte black looks great and even after dropping them a few times, they do not have or show any scratches. The hinges are a little stiff, but I'm sure they will loosen a little with more wear. The carrying case that came with the glasses was a nice surprise and has come in very useful.

Super comfortable
Frames look great, lenses are great too. The ear pieces aren’t grippy though so they sometimes fall off. In general I’ve been pretty happy with them.
