These blue light glasses are a lifesaver! I spend all day working on a computer and every evening using a computer for graduate school. Before I found these glasses, the eye strain would leave me with headaches and sore, red eyes. When wearing these glasses for Zoom meetings, I've even gotten compliments on how cute they are!
